Bloglines delivered a Brand Avenue post to me today about an elegant solution to several new problems:
- Dying walkable downtowns with small spaces; existing property owners not having cash to go up to next scale.
- We all would like to ride bikes/walk for our errands...but the problem of carrying things home does arise.
- Ordering stuff online is great...but if it doesn't fit you, double/quad the fuel used.
- The American Dream = Consumerism...that kills the planet and the soul, but is necessary to run the economy.
